The host pre-purchases a set number of servings, and Rosie’s Bread N’ Butter remains on site with a curated menu available for guests to order from throughout the event. Guests order as they would in a café, and the host simply settles the open tab at the end of service.

The hybrid setup combines a hosted element with guest-paid ordering.
The host purchases a certain amount of food up front, and Rosie’s Bread N’ Butter remains on site with an open menu offering additional appetizers, sweets, espresso drinks, or café items. Guests may continue to order throughout the event, paying individually, while the overall menu remains curated to match the vibe of the gathering.
